Food is the center of pure happiness and wealth within your life. What you put in your body affect’s your OVERALL health, including: mental health, ability to focus, ability to heal, appearance, functioning body systems, etc. The list can go on and on, on why what you eat is literally what you are! Food is like gas to a car or 2 + 2 = 4. It makes sense! Eating unhealthy may seem easier, but the second you turn your habits around – the possibilities are endless!
